Front desk located at main entrace accepts payment for monthly rental fees, utility payments such as electricity, water, Cable TV and garbage collection fees. (Payments for Internet and Telephone should be paid to those service providers directly. The billings from them can be picked up at Front desk.) Front desk is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. everyday, so you donft need to stand in long line and waste your time to pay those. You can ask assistances for maintenance service, delivery of drinking water and calling taxi at Front desk.
Poco a Poco residents, Unit owners (Long term lease holders) and Poco a Poco members can enjoy Swimming pool beside of Loco Loco Coffee Shop inside Poco a Poco. Residents and Unit owners can enjoy swimming without entrance fee after application of pool pass (Processing fee:P200.00). Non-residents can use the pool to become member of Poco a Poco. (Deposit:P10,000.00 (Refundable), Entrance fee:P200.00)
Depth: 2ft.-5ft. Operation hours: from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. (Mon&Tue: from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.)
Besides of Swimming Pool, there are Nippa Houses (kubo) where you can read book, eat some snacks with your friends and just be lazy and relax.
Rooftop deck at bldg. E has a great view with vast sky, mountains, and shiny ocean. You can see beautiful sunset and fireworks from waterfront beach.
