Long Term Lease
Long term lease means Forty-seven (47) years (until Aug. 9th, 2054) of Residency. Inside the SBFZ, no one is allowed to own the land. Therefore other condominiums in SBFZ also use Long term (the term is depends on the condominiums.) lease system.
Here in the Philippines, you can live to full, with no concerns about money because its prices are low. You can not change the amount of your pension, but you can make it go farther than you ever imagined. It means even if when you need special care, it may be easier to hire stay-in care giver.
English is the 2nd language in the Philippines, so you can communicate with Filipino in English easier than other Asian countries.
