本ページでは2棟目事業A の建設作業の進捗情況をお伝えしています。現在、事業Aはオーナー様による内装事業が行なわれており、プールとコーヒーショップも営業を開始し始めました。建設作業は2008年4月より開始されています。(2009年8月更新)
Building E (E 棟)
Facade of the Two (2) storey building found on the side of Bldg. A of existing Poco A Poco which will house type B units (smaller 1 bedroom, 52 sq.m) and type D units (2 bedroom, 55.3 sq.m). Model unit is ready for viewing now. (Updated on May. '09)
この写真は、2棟目事業AのE棟の部分(現在の建物のＡ棟に隣接する部分(上図参照)をＡ棟側より撮影したものになります。E棟にはBタイプ(1LDK/52㎡)とDタイプ(2LDK/55.3㎡)の部屋が並び、2階建てになります。Bタイプのモデルユニットは既に完成しています。

左下の写真の階段は、E棟の各階を繋ぎ、F棟の3階へ繋がっています。また右下の写真の屋上にも繋がっています。
These are photos of back side of Building E taken from Dewey Avenue. The Terrace/Garden of Building E faces the Street.

Building F (F棟)
Facade of the 3 storey building parallel to Poco A Poco's existing building, also facing the proposed swimming pool and cafe, which will house the studio and 2 bedroom units, almost 90% construction works done. Unlike Building E, Terrace/Garden of Building F & G locates inside the area, facing swimming pool and cafe. Now swimming pool construction is on going. (Updated on May. 2009)
下の写真は、F棟の写真です。F棟は既存のポコ・ア・ポコ・コンドホテルの後ろ側に位置し、その2棟の建物の間にはプールとコーヒー・ショップが建設される予定になっています。現在、プールの建設が開始されました。2009年6月にはお客様にご利用いただけるよう作業を進めています。(下記、憩いの場をご覧下さい) F棟はCタイプ(2LDK/72㎡)とスタジオタイプ(36㎡)が並ぶ3階建ての建物になります。E棟とは異なり、敷地内にテラス/庭が設置されるデザインとなっています。
