The 2nd Phase of Poco A Poco Condo-hotel has started last April 2008. Completion of said project is expected by the 2nd quarter of 2010. Phase 2 A ready for turn over by April 2009. Phase 2 B ready by 1st quarter of 2010.

Our new development is located at the back of Poco A Poco Phase 1. A covered walkway will be built between the 2 buildings. A relaxation area, landscaped and planted with trees and provided with Nipa houses will be strategically placed between the 2 buildings for the common use of all Poco A Poco tenants and owners. There is also a proposed swimming pool beside the relaxation area.

Avail of our Phase 2 A's preselling discount up to 20% (diminishing) from May 20th, 2008. Price availability and reservations for Phase 2 B will be accepted in early 2009.
There are Four (4) types of units in Poco A Poco Phase 2, 1.) Studio type (33 units), 2.) One (1) bed room type (12 units), 3.) Two (2) bed room (Large) type (20 units) and 4.) Two (2) bed room (Small) type (13 units). Each type has different designs. This gives you more options to suit your lifestyle as well as your budget. Each unit also comes with a garden or balcony. However, the sizes of the garden or balcony is not included in the table below.

Some units in our phase 2 will be sold without finishing and offered at absolutely lower prices, to enable future leaseholders / owners to finish their units according to their own budget, plans and designs. Unfinished units come with roughly finished walls and floors with the bathroom floor waterproofed, but with provisions for water and electrical lines. Wall divides, doors within the unit, painting and furniture and fixtures are not included.
