We, Animo JWS Corp., offer three (3) kinds of service to meet the various

Hotel Service - You can stay at Poco a Poco Condo-Hotel not only on a daily basis,
but also on a monthly basis. Guests who prefer the monthly
basis avail of special rates.
Yearly Rental - If you are seeking your future home after retirement or need a temporary home in Subic while working, this service comes highly recommended.
Long Term - If you plan to live in Subic after retirement, this is for you! Long
term lease means residency until 2054.

On March 2006, Poco A Poco Phase 1 was completed. Each room on the
ground floor has a garden and those on the 2nd floor a coresponding porch/balcony.
(Please check "ROOM"page for more detailed information.) On April 2008, construction for the
2nd Phase 2 begun. There will be a cevered walkway conecting the
2 buildings and a relaxation area between the 2 buildings will be ereated.

Poco a Poco is located at Block-A, Subic Commercial and Light Industrial
Park. Within the block, there are plans for Restaurants and a Shopping
mall to arise soon. Envision how Poco A Poco's leaseholders / owners
