Long Term - If you are already retired, it is a great idea and option moving in to Subic where you can live with lower cost of living and warm hospitalities. If you are still working abroad and while you do not use your unit, you can sublease the same for investment purposes. In March 2006, Poco A Poco Phase 1 (Bldg. A, B, C and D) was completed. In May 2009, Phase 2 A project (Bldg. E & F) was completed. (Finishing works by owners of unfinished units are on going.)
