We have Yearly Rental service for those who like to stay in SBFZ for long term with more affordable price than Hotel service. If you work or study inside SBFZ, it's a good idea to stay at Poco A Poco because of it's convenience location. You can choose your favorite type unit from different unit types and favorite furniture and appliances set ups.

We offer different kinds of furniture and appliances' set-up for each unit. Therefore this is just a basic set up....
・Bed room: Curtain/Blinds, Queen size bed/Single size bed, Night stand.
・Living: Curtain/Blinds, Sofa set, TV (21inch)
・Dining: Dining set
・Kitchen: Kitchen Cabinet, Micro-wave, Refrigerator, Rice Cooker
・Bath room: Blinds (only for type 1 unit)
Price
Monthly Rental Fee depends on the unit set-up. Now our average Monthly fee is $620 (unfurnish) - $750 (furnished).

* Monthly Rental Fee is not including CATV, Telephone, Garbage, Electric, Water fees.
* We required Yearly Rental customers to pay Advanced 2 month Rental Fee and Security Deposit which equivalent with 2 month Rental fee at Contract time.
