Poco A Poco Condo-Hotel in Subic: Facilities

Poco a Poco Condo-Hotel Phase 1 is built on a half of Animo JWS Corp.'s leased area at Central Business District Area of SBFZ, and was completed in March 2006. The building is divided in four (4) parts, building A, B, C and D, with building A & B located on the left wing and C & D on the right wing. In the middle is a spacious lobby and recetions area.

Security personnel awaits you at the entrance, we have a 24-hour security service for your safety. Front Desk service is from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. only. Should you need assistance, or simply want to view our units, our Front Desk officers and sales staff will be happy to serve you.

Type one (1)

Units called type One (1) have 2 bed rooms, Japanese style bath room and wide living area.

These photos were taken at type One (1) Model room. Instead of no corridor, Living area is spacious for your family gatherings. Bath room and Dressing room are separated. Bath room has Two (2) showers and you can wash your body outside of the bath tub. This is Japanese Style!! Our installed bath tub is deeper than Philippine standard so that you can enjoy hot bath with large volume of hot water as much as you like.

Of course, not only that if you need care giver in the future, he/she can stay there to provides you a high quality care. Type Two (2) unit also has washing machine space and closet at the corridor.

For long term lease units, those furniture and appliances are not included. However we have some options for those guests who like to buy those things also.

For yearly rental, the set up of the units depend on the monthly rental fee. We have unfurnished unit and some kinds of unit with different set ups.

Facility

Both of type One (1) & Two (2) unit has air conditioner and smoke detector at living area and bed rooms. Each Bed room also has large built-in cabinet. Kitchen has an exhaust fan and an electric range.
