Unit/Facility
Each building (from Bldg. A to G) is located as described below. Restaurant and Swimming pool are at the center.
Unit
We have Studio type, 1 bedroom type (2 designs) and 2 bedroom type (6 designs). You can check each unit design and photos at the each unit type page. To check the available units, go to Poco a Poco page and choose your preferred service between Yearly Rental and Long Term Lease. (Click each unit type title to see the details.)
- Stuidio Type-All studio type units, total 27 units, with 36 m2 locate at Bldg. F. Some of them at 3rd floor have loft with 13.50 m2. Studio type is the smallest unit in Poco a Poco, but it comes with kitchen
and bathtub to provide you comfortable life style.
- 1 Bedroom Type-We prepared 2 designs with different bathroom style for 1 bedroom unit. All of them are located at Bldg. E. This is recommended for a couple or single professional.
- 2 Bedroom Type-There are 3 sizes for 2 bedroom type and each size has 2 designs. Units
called C1 and C3 has 72 m2 and the bathroom style is different. D1 and D2 type locates at Bldg. E
and 56 m2. The largest size units are called Type 1 & Type 2. Type 1 has Japanese
style bathroom and wide living space and Type 2 has Maid's room.
Facilities
Poco a Poco has Swimming facilities for its tenants, owners and members. You can use swimming pool and with easy application for Poco a Poco pool pass. Front desk assist you to call taxi, deliver drink water and accept payments of rental fee, maintenance fee and utilities. All tenants, owners and guests can also use restaurant "Kitchen TOMATO" which is newly opened in March, 2011.
