Yearly Rental

We have Yearly Rental service for those who like to stay in SBFZ for long term with more affordable price than Hotel. If you work or study inside SBFZ, it's a good idea to stay at Poco A Poco because of its convenient location. Unlike other residential facilities at residential area, you don't need to have your own car to go to shopping. Unlike other hotels near Poco a Poco, our units have Kitchen and Washing machine. So you can save money on food and laundry. You can choose your favorite unit type from different unit types and favorite furniture and appliances set up.


Our regular contract term is from 6 months to 1 year, but if you like to have shorter or longer term, please feel free to contact us at first.


Please check the Unit/Facility page for units' designs. However, the photos presented at the room page are just samples. Each unit has different designs of furniture and appliances, and some unit designs are different from the regular one. Thus, please come to Poco a Poco to check the actual unit and set up.


Now we have customers on our waiting list for Yearly Rental service and daily walk in guests. Thus, although we try to update the website as much as possible, the available units on the website may already have reservations or tenants. Please feel free to contact us for more detailed and updated information.

*2 Month Advance Rental fee and 2 Month Security Deposit are required.

*UNfurnished units also have Air-conditioning units, Electric range, Rangehood, Bathtub and Water heater.
